Terms & Conditions Summary
Equipment Condition:
Upon return, the equipment must be in the same condition as received including full fuel, clean tracks, and clean cab/interior/exterior, except for normal wear and tear. The Lessee shall bear the cost of fuel ($7/gallon if returned not topped off), cleaning, repairs, or replacements necessary to restore the equipment to its original condition.
Pre-Authorization and Security Deposits:
Proof of insurance coverage of rental equipment is required. If no proof of insurance is provided, the Lessee shall pay a 16% damage waiver, or $100, whichever is greater. Damage waiver is not insurance. See Rental Agreement for more info on Lessee responsibility. Prepayment of rental and damage waiver is required in order to schedule.
Equipment Pick-Up Responsibility:
If delivery/pick-up is required, Customers must arrange for the pick-up of equipment at the end of the rental period. Pick-up is not automatic, and the customer remains responsible for the equipment until it is returned or collected by the Lessor.
Rental Charges:
Charges are based on the total rental period (time out to the Lessee), not the hours of actual use, unless hours overages occur, in which case Lessee is responsible for all additional rental charges.
Maintenance and Damage Responsibility:
The customer is responsible for routine maintenance, refueling, and any damage to tires, tracks, or other parts of the equipment, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and scuffs during the rental period. Resultings damages may incur damage fees ($100 minimum) and/or replacement costs, which are the responsibility of the Lessee. See Full Rental Terms and Conditions for additional information.
Indemnification:
The Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold the Lessor harmless from any claims, damages, or losses as specified in the Rental Terms and Conditions. Refer to the detailed indemnification provisions.
Payment Terms:
Full balance is due prior to scheduling delivery. Balance of any overages is due upon pick up of equipment.
A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) will apply to unpaid balances after 5 days.
Payments by check authorize the Lessor to process the transaction as a one-time electronic fund transfer or a traditional check transaction.
Default and Collection Costs:
In the event of default, the Lessee must return the equipment immediately and will be responsible for all collection costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties, with no additional oral or written terms not included herein.
